Our Support Staff
Everyone on our Support Staff is Certified by Peachtree in
the use of their products.
founded North
Star Ventures in 1989 and has more than 21 years of experience in
installing and designing computer accounting systems. He was a
manager at KPMG Peat Marwick's Boston office in charge of computer
implementations, and the former Director of product marketing and
design at Layered, Inc., Mr. Youngman has a BS degree from the
University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
Tom is a Peachtree Certfied Trainer for Peachtree University and is
Certified in Peachtree Accounting for Windows.
is Vice
President at North Star Ventures and has over sixteen years of
experience installing and developing computer accounting systems. He
was a consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick's Boston office and
specialized in computerized accounting system installation and
testing. He was the Manager of Quality Assurance at Layered, Inc.
and joined North Star Ventures during 1990. Mr. Diamantides has a BS
degree in Accountancy from Bentley College. Chris is a Peachtree
Certified Trainer for Peachtree University and is Certified in
Peachtree Accounting for Windows and Peachtree Classic Accounting.
is a consultant
at North Star Ventures and has over nineteen years experience
installing software, hardware and network operating systems. He was
a senior business systems analyst for an insurance agency in the
Boston area for more than four years supporting clients on PC, WAN,
LAN, NT and Unix based networks. He also has worked as a technical
support specialist where he supported accounting software and
hardware on multiple platforms. Steve has a BS degree in Computer
Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts at
Lowell. Steve is Certified in Peachtree Accounting for Windows.
is a consultant at
North Star Ventures and has over twenty-one years experience
installing and designing computer accounting systems. In addition,
Robert has taught accounting and finance courses at Emmanuel College
in the evenings. He was a General Accounting Manager at Digital
Equipment Corporation in charge of their corporate general ledger
and was a One Write Plus Qualified Installer supporting clients with
accounting and software support before joining North Star Ventures
in 1998. Mr. Stupp has a BS degree from Salem State College and an
MBA from Babson College. Bob is a Peachtree Certified Trainer for
Peachtree University and is Certified in Peachtree Accounting for
Windows.
is a
consultant at North Star Ventures and has over eighteen years
experience in installing and implementing micro-computer accounting
systems. She has over 30 years experience in bookkeeping and
accounting. She was a technical support representative at
Peachtree's One-Write Plus division prior to coming to North Star
Ventures. Ms. Takesian has an AS degree from Becker College.
Charlene is a Peachtree Certified Trainer for Peachtree University
and is Certified in Peachtree Accounting for Windows.
Office Staff
is the Office
Administrator at North Star Ventures. She maintains our Accounts
Payable database. Jennifer has a BS degree from Plymouth State in
Business Administration.
is our Customer
Service Representative. Margaret maintains the training schedules
for our Peachtree University classes. She keeps our customer
database up to date and is in contact with our customers to order
their upgrade to the latest Peachtree and One Write Plus software
versions and to order Peachtree compatible forms and checks.
