On-Site Consulting Support
Our consultants are available for on-site consulting visits
at our standard hourly rate of $195 - $250 per hour. Travel time is
billable at half of the standard rate, and other out of pocket
expenses such as mileage, parking, etc., are also chargeable.
Payment for the initial visit is due during the first visit and net
10 day terms are allowed for subsequent visits.
Remote Access Support

North Star Ventures is now offering EBlvd on-line support assistance
to our clients.
Do you need a solution to a technical problem? With our live
remote-assistance tool, a member of our support team can view your
desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on
your way to a solution. Your computer is password protected to
prevent unauthorized access to your computer. Only you know
the password.
A member of our support team will talk with you first to determine
the nature of the problem.
You will need to register
with North Star Ventures prior to receiving this support. This
service must be pre-paid and authorized by North Star Ventures, Inc.

Telephone Support
The charge is $48.75 - $62.50 per 15 minute increment. We
require a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express credit card to be on
file to receive phone support.
Please print the
form. Your call will be placed in our
support queue for a call back from one of our consultants when we
receive your completed form. Please keep a copy of the completed
form for your records.
File Transfer
To send us your
backup or other file, please contact one of our support staff for
